Our navigators are given a wide variety of tools and technology to train, prepare, and find underserved and underrepresented individuals with internships and employment in jobs tailored to match their needs.

Job Development Placement

Job Development Placement (JDP) is a service that assists people in finding suitable employment through job search assistance, skills training, and job placement services. The objective of JDP is to help individuals secure stable employment and achieve financial independence.

Work Site Internship & Employment Support

Work Site Internship & Employment Support is a program that offers on-the-job training and support to improve skills and increase employability. The aim is to help participants gain the skills and experience needed to secure stable employment, and may also offer job placement support and other employment-related services.
